Have questions?

Before you book

What does a program review involve?

We read your current policies and loss runs, compare limits, exclusions and deductibles across your locations, and benchmark what you pay against similar groups. You get a short written summary of what's covered, what isn't, and what we'd change.

Do I have to leave my current broker?

No. The review is yours to keep either way. If you decide to work with us, a broker of record letter moves your policies to USI without canceling them or changing your coverage.

How long does the review take?

The first call is about 20 minutes. We give you a timeline for the full review on that call, based on how many locations and policies you have.

Who will actually manage my account?

Joey Anderton, a hospitality insurance advisor at USI in Coral Gables, is your day-to-day contact. Behind him are USI's claims advocacy, risk control and service teams.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no charge for the review and no obligation.

Do you work with groups outside Florida?

Yes. USI has offices across the country, so groups with locations in several states keep one program and one team.
