Insurance for restaurant groups

Full-service and fast-casual groups with two locations or twenty. One program, one advisor, and renewal dates that line up.

What's different

Every location is its own risk

Different buildings, landlords and leases

Each address has its own lease requirements, building age and storm exposure. Coverage has to be right at every one of them, not just the flagship.

Liquor changes everything

A restaurant licence with a food requirement and a full bar licence are priced and excluded differently. The liquor share of sales drives the whole program.

Growth outruns the policy

A new location opens before the policy knows about it. We build a program that adds locations mid-term without starting over.

Have questions?

Restaurant groups ask us

We have different carriers at different locations. Is that a problem?

It's common, and it's usually where the gaps hide: different limits, different exclusions and renewal dates spread across the year. We map it all on one page first, then decide what to consolidate and when.

Can you line up our renewal dates?

Yes. Each line moves at its own renewal, with a short-term policy or an extension so nothing is canceled mid-term, until everything renews on one date.

What do you need to quote?

Your current policies, three to five years of loss runs, and sales and payroll by location. If you don't have the forms, we can request them from your carriers.
